With increasing age, there is a decrease in the functions of degenerative body, including musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular areas, as well reduced ability to perform daily activities. One declines musculoskeletal function muscle which causes fibers shrink, causing strength, mass, bone mass. This dynamic balance disorders elderly. To improve maintain balance, combination tera Square Stepping exercises recommended for study aimed determine whether an effect on level elderly community at Sasana Malang. followed pre-experimental, namely Group Pre-Test Post-Test, design. 35 people Malang 4 weeks were studied this research. Timed Up Go Test instruments used. The results discovered that Shapiro Wilk data was normal, 14.2317 Post-Test 11.9480. Paired Sample T significance 0.000, H0 rejected H1 accepted. A increases Malang.
